Prenuptial Agreement

$499.00 - $549.00

If marriage is in the horizon for you, you might want your partner to sign a prenuptial agreement if you want to protect your assets. Prenups are really useful as they serve certain purposes and help you smooth the process of a possible divorce. A prenup becomes effective once the marriage takes place.

Florida has adopted the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act, whose provisions regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding their assets and liabilities; the right to buy, sell, use, and transfer property; how property is to be distributed upon separation, divorce, death, or any other event; the modification or elimination of alimony; the making of a will, and/or trust; the disposition of the death benefit from a life insurance policy; and any other matter the party ordering it believes of importance. Please, see below for a list of what is included in the prenup agreement package:

-       30 minute initial meeting (via phone or zoom)

-       Professionally drafted prenup documents prepared within 1-4 business days

-    Notarization services included

-       3 free revisions

-       Physical copies of all final documents delivered to your preferred location via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days)

-       Unlimited phone support during business hours

-       Case updates through email

* Expedited prenup includes all of the above, but the turn-around time is 2 business days.
